- In summer, the skin needs
cold. For this, adequate amount of juice should be drunk. This will help
to keep your skin soft.

toxic from the body. Thus, green tea should be taken instead of milk tea.
- Eating foods with anti-oxidants such as orange,
watermelon, salad and green and leafy vegetables will strengthen the
immune system.
- In summer less meat should
be eaten.
- You should never forget to put on sunscreen. You should put on sunscreen half an hour before
heading out in the sun and if you
are planning to stay outside for a long time period, you should do touch up time and again.

used.

- The skin needs moisturizer in the summer.
- Less cold drink should be drunk as some substances that
are in those drinks are not considered good for the skin. To protect your
skin from the heat, drinking lemon water or fresh fruit juice would be
beneficial.
- Skin should be cleansed
twice a day. Make up should be removed and cleansing of skin should be
done before going to bed.
- During summer, it is necessary to exfoliate the skin.
For this, homemade scrub can be used. 4-5 table spoon gram flour, 1 pinch
of turmeric, 5-6 drop of rose water and milk or yogurt should be mixed to
make a dark scrub for using it as facial scrub.
- Gram flour is
very advantageous for removing suntan.
Gram flour, yoghurt and lemon juice should be mixed and applied to
the face and rinsed after it dries.
- Papaya pack will bring a
glow to your face. 2 table spoon papaya should be mashed and mixed with
one spoon of honey and an egg white. Putting this on for fifteen
minutes will bring a glow to your face.
- The skin should be given a
cooling effect. For this, half a cucumber and one table spoon yoghurt
should be blended together. This mixture should be applied and rinsed off
after 15 minutes.
- Light exercise and yoga
should be done. This will not only make you feel fresh but also increase
blood circulation, giving your skin a new glow.
