Relationship Between Enhancing beauty and Balance Diet

The relationship between health and beauty is same like the relationship between skin and nail. The effect of physical and mental health can feel directly through physical beauty. So to maintain beauty it is necessary to have a balanced diet and as well as healthy life. At the same time it is essential to be aware and have a knowledge about the different foods which helps in maintaining the beauty.


Balance diet




Tomato:

Daily use of tomato gives extra care to the skin. It prevents from sun berg and wrinkles. Anti occident and potassium available in tomato keeps skin healthy. Tomato can be use as a healthy tasty recipe and also can be use in salad item.





Sweet potato:

Sweet potato is rich of vitamin A, so use of sweet potato is very fruitful for skin, to keep it soft and wrinkle free.

Selenium is necessary for beautiful, clear and young skin. Holabit, bread and bakery food items are the main source of selenium. In these food items vitamin B is available which prevents from skin infection, stress etc.

It is must necessary to eat egg for a healthy skin. The iron available in egg makes skin beautiful.






Banana
Banana:
If you are keen to get relief from damage skin, ageing and wrinkles then make banana your daily food item. Vitamin A available in it helps to restore the natural oil of skin. 




Apple
Those who have the problem of wrinkles they should make an apple as a regular diet.  Regular use of apple maintains the body and makes you younger and attractive.
