  1. Applying little honey in skin is useful. It gives glow to your skin and reduces wrinkles, black spots and stretch mark. In addition, it also lessen the effect of sun. 5 table spoon coca powder, 4 table spoon honey and 2 table spoon mashed avocado should be mixed with maize wheat. Massaging with this natural paste and washing the face after 15-20 mins with lukewarm water is extremely useful for skin protection.
  2. Soap having strong cleansing agents should not be used as it makes the skin more dry.
  3. Ripe banana mash should be applied  on face and washed with lukewarm water after 10 minutes.
  4. Two tea spoonful curd and half spoonful of honey ought to be mixed with avocado pieces. Likewise, two pieces of tomatoes can also be mixed with this. This dark cream should be washed after 10 minutes of applying to skin. It provides nutrition to skin.

There are four types of skin. Normal, dry, oily and combination. Among these, you have to know which type of skin you have.

 Normal Skin (सामान्य छाला)

Ingredients that you need for this 


  1. Turmeric Powder 
  2. Cow Milk
  3. Bread
  4. Yolk
  5. Powder milk
  6. Cream containing Peanut

Procedure:            If skin is normal, put a pinch of turmeric powder in cow’s milk and with the help of cotton, cleanse face doing a circular massage. Then apply cream containing peanut. Take the middle section of bread, yolk, powder milk and one pinch of turmeric powder and prepare a paste. This paste must be applied sitting on a comfortable chair. For the best result this pack can be applied once in a week. There is no need to do facial in normal skin.

Combination skin: (मिश्रित छाला )


Wash off your face with cold water before going to bed at night and as soon as you wake up, look at the areas which are oily and dry and apply cream respectively.

Oily Skin:(तैलिय छाला )

Ingredients that you need for this recipe

  1. Aloe Vera gel
  2. Orange Juice
  3. Grapes Juice
  4. Mushroom Juice
  5. Sandalwood powder
  6. Rose water
  7. Tomato Juice

How to apply: 
 Wipe your face gently with the help of cotton three times a day. Apply fresh aloevera gel or orange juice. Grapes mushroom juice, tomato juice or any other fruit juice can be applied on face. Mix sandalwood and rose water and apply the paste.



Dry Skin: (सुख्खा छाला)
Ingredients that you need for this Remedy

  1. Walnut 
  2. Almond 
  3. Milk
  4. Ice Cube
  5. Yolk
  6. Honey

 Prepare a paste mixing walnut and almond in milk and prepare its ice cube. Cover ice cube with cotton and circle massage daily. This method must be followed daily. Apply a pack prepared by mixing yolk and honey once in a week. Wash off your face after 10 minutes and apply moisturizer in circular motion.
