  2. Fresh raw Turmeric root - you need it around one and half inch of raw turmeric. if you don’t have fresh turmeric root you can use dry turmeric also. It has powerful medicine properties and great anti-inflammatory agent.
  3. Rose Petal – you need two table spoon of dry rose Patel. If you have fresh rose petal also you can use that.
  4. Lemon – two tea spoon of lemon oil who have oily skin they can use lemon
  5. Rose water- 3 tea spoon of rose water those who have Normal or dry sensitive skin use Rose water

Prepare Methods: First you need mixture grinder, put all the ingredients into mixture grinder and also add enough water to get smooth paste. Now grind the ingredients then you will get smooth Herbal face mask. Keep this past into refrigerator until five minutes to make it child.

How to Use:  In small clean bowl fill with water and add two drops of Tea tree essential oil. Soak a towel into that warm water and gently steam your face. This opens your pores and help skin observes the nutrients better.

First is for Oily combination and normal skin type
Ingredients that you need prepare for this pack,
  1. Fresh tomato paste (this is the one medium sized right tomato grind it form of smooth paste)
  2. Rose water
  3. Slice of lemon
  4. Licorice powder  (This is the one of brilliant skin lightening ingredients. And best ingredients to prevent hyper pigmentation and to get rid sun tan. Licorice powder's Ayurveda name is Yastimadhu.)


Prepare: in a small clean bowl take a 4 table spoon of fresh tomato paste, add two table spoon of licorice powder, add rose water, rose water is adding for keep your skin hydrated and it tons the complexion. And squeeze the lemon over it. Combine all the ingredients into smooth paste. Now your skin lightening pack is ready.

How to apply Bleach to your face 
Though the help of laser treatment is taken to get rid of unwanted hair, it is not economically viable for all. So, most of the ladies use bleach to remove unwanted hair from their face. Its use makes hair light and cannot be seen, which fulfills the desire of beauty. But the lack of correct knowledge about its use one can face harm as well.



How to  Apply Bleach to your face

Types of bleach 
           Powder bleach:ammonia, hydrogen pyaraoxide and bleach powder together constitute of bleach powder, which is not too famous.


                Cream bleach:cream bleach is the mostly used bleach and its use is also very easy.

                Procedure to make mixture:
                1 part of activator should be used in 4 parts of bleach. For fast effect proportion of activator can be increased according to skin nature. Both should be stirred with spatula so that they get mixed very well.


                Patch test:
                Patch test is important before applying bleach. For this little amount of beach should be taken onto hand. If that irritates the skin, it should be realized that bleach does not suit the one trying to use it.


                Procedure to apply:
                Face should be cleansed well with water before applying bleach. After that the paste should be applied onto face with the help of spatula or finger. It should not be applied around eye lines and eyebrows. It should be kept for about 10 to 15 minutes. After that cream should be cleaned with cotton or sponge and clean water, followed by the application of moisturizer.


Types of skin

Delicate skin: protein or herbal bleach should be used for delicate skin.

Oily skin: oily skin may have problems of acne and pimples. Ammonia free bleach or fruit bleach is suitable for this kind of skin.

Dry skin: oil based bleach should be used for dry skin.

Mature skin: ageing oxygen bleach should be used for mature skin. It decreases the melanin level. Proportion of ammonia should be less.


Things to be taken care of

  1.        Bleach should not be applied after facial.
  2.        Bleaching should be done before making up eyebrows.
  3.       Clear cool water, sponge or cotton should be used to remove bleach.
  4.       Hot water should never be used to remove bleach.
  5.         If it is your first time, patch test (allergy test) is mandatory to be done.
  6.        After the use of bleach soap should not be used for 6 hours.
  7.         Moisturizer should be used to maintain softness after bleaching.
  8.        Bleaching should not be done if face is wounded.
  9.       After bleaching one should not get exposed to sun immediately.
  10.       Bleaching should be done from concerned expert.

The magic of looks needs to be such that it is able to attract the hearts of everyone. The ray of beauty should be forever present no matter what season it is. Thus, special care should be taken of the skin during the summer.
  1. In summer, the skin needs cold. For this, adequate amount of juice should be drunk. This will help to keep your skin soft.
  2. Green Tea will prove to be beneficial in extracting toxic from the body. Thus, green tea should be taken instead of milk tea.
  3. Eating foods with anti-oxidants such as orange, watermelon, salad and green and leafy vegetables will strengthen the immune system.
  4. In summer less meat should be eaten.
  5. You should never forget to put on sunscreen.  You should put on sunscreen half an hour before heading out in the sun and  if you are planning to stay outside for a long time period, you should do  touch up time and again.
  6. Sunscreen of at least 30 spf should be used.
  7. As far as possible a scarf or an umbrella should be used.
  8. Skin toner should also be used because it will enclose skin's pores and provide coolness to the skin.
  9. You can use rose water instead of a toner as this is a natural toner and it will also provide coolness to the skin.
  10. The skin needs moisturizer in the summer.
  11. Less cold drink should be drunk as some substances that are in those drinks are not considered good for the skin. To protect your skin from the heat, drinking lemon water or fresh fruit juice would be beneficial.
  12. Skin should be cleansed twice a day. Make up should be removed and cleansing of skin should be done before going to bed.
  13. During summer, it is necessary to exfoliate the skin. For this, homemade scrub can be used. 4-5 table spoon gram flour, 1 pinch of turmeric, 5-6 drop of rose water and milk or yogurt should be mixed to make a dark scrub for using it as facial scrub.
  14. Gram flour is very advantageous for removing suntan.   Gram flour, yoghurt and lemon juice should be mixed and applied to the face and rinsed after it dries.
  15. Papaya pack will bring a glow to your face. 2 table spoon papaya should be mashed and mixed with one spoon of honey and  an egg  white. Putting this on for fifteen minutes will bring a glow to your face. 
  16. The skin should be given a cooling effect. For this, half a cucumber and one table spoon yoghurt should be blended together. This mixture should be applied and rinsed off after 15 minutes.
  17. Light exercise and yoga should be done. This will not only make you feel fresh but also increase blood circulation, giving your skin a new glow.

It gives you pimple free and clean your skin and get smooth skin to. When your are going outside please do not forget to apply suns cream on your face to protecting from ultraviolet ray. 

H2O2 is two parts of Hydrogen and tow parts of Oxygen. which gives you more oxygen to your skin.
